Put the crutch down

Stop leaning on it

When someone says to me “well I was raised at a different time I must have a different perspective”

What does that even mean?

So because you grew up in the 50s and 60s you have a right to be racist and because I grew up in the 80s and 90s that is the reason I feel so strongly against Racism?

Hmmmm that doesn’t make any sense to me.

What I see is a very closed minded person that is using something so simple as an excuse they have preconceived notions on black people and have grouped every black person in the same category.

This is NOT fair.

Let me put it to you this way

The two kids that rushed into columbine High School(their high school) and shot and murdered many of their classmates were white. (Do you remember that?) so would it be okay for me to say all whites are horrible because those teenage boys had deep issues and participated, initiated such a horrific crime.

What about the Las Vegas Shooting oh that guy was white too… what about Jeffrey dohmer, Charles Manson, and so many more I don’t have the time to list them all….all white and so because they did these horrific unimaginable crimes would it be okay for me to classify my entire race of whites as bad people?

That is exactly what I see people doing, it doesn’t make any sense to me

And to be brutally honest with you my friends it infuriates me

How can someone say it is a black problem?

I beg that person and anyone who feels this way to read this post and seriously consider what they are saying. Please understand that not all back people are bad, not all black people do drugs, not all black people are criminals… just the same that any of my white friends would claim that not all whites are bad, criminals, druggies, well neither are black people.

We must consider what Jesus says about this matter.

Did Jesus hang out with only the rich, the popular, the good citizens?

Nope, Jesus would often be found with those no one would give the time of day… the poorest of the poor, the different, the ostracized, the oppressed, the not accepted.

What would he do today? I believe he would stand with and support the Black Community.

This has to stop, we have to be better

Put the crutch down
