Directions for Taquitos
- Take the chicken out of fridge if frozen you will want to thaw (made both types so you would need 16 flour tortillas 2 spoons and 2 pans)
- Take medium flour tortillas and warm slightly in microwave so they can be worked with without tearing.
- Place 2 spoonfuls of chicken mixture on one edge of tortilla top with cheese, roll up tight
- Place in 9×13 baking dish
- Repeat 8 times
- Top taquitos with cheese
- Bake in 350 degree oven until tortillas are light brown cheese is bubbly and middle are warm
- Serve hot with
*Buffalo chicken- shredded lettuce and ranch dressing
