Buffalo chicken has to be one of my most favorite things…. the hotter thr better!!!
The only bad thing is I am the only person on my house that likes Buffalo chicken so I very rarely get it. But when I do!!!

If you have been following me for any time at all you know that I love mash up meals, taking 2 of my favs and putting them together!
Macaroni and cheese + Buffalo chicken= winning combination
I have seen recipes where you incorporate chicken into the mac n cheese but it is a whole dish. Remember I said I am the only one who likes it, I need a custom dish for one!
here is what you will need
- macaroni and cheese kit
- milk
- butter
- shredded cheese
- frozen chicken nuggets
- Buffalo sauce
- ranch sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- you could also add feta or blue cheese crumbles and green onions for a little flair

Easy Buffalo chicken mac

macaroni and cheese kit
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons butter
Frozen chicken nuggets
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
ranch and Buffalo sauce
Directions
- Cook and drain macaroni noodles according yo package directions
- place butter inside the drained pasta and stir into hot pasta to melt
- Squeeze cheese into macaroni and stir to incorporate
- add milk and stir you mac n cheese should have a thin consistency
- Cook nuggets according to package directions
- plate macaroni and cheese, cover the top with shredded cheese
- top withcooked chivken nuggets
- drizzle ranch and Buffalo sauce
- enjoy
Notes
- you can add blue cheese crumbles or feta crumbles abd green inions foe a little flair
