I love tacos in any form I can have them, in fall I choose taco soup! This soup is perfect for busy weeknights because most of it cooks in the crockpot!

There are so many variations to a taco soup recipe. Here is yet another version, but a version you are going to want to try really soon!
Here is what you will need
- 1 pound ground beef
- Taco seasoning packet
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can green chilis
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- tostitos, fritos
- fresh cilantro chopped
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
Most of your ingredient list you probably have in the pantry, if not make a quick run to the store. Oh and get your cockpot down and don’t forget the liner!

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 8 oz block cream cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomato sauce
I can beef broth
1 can green chilis
1 medium onion diced
Directions
- In a medium non-stick skillet brown meat breaking it up as it cooks into small crumbles
- Before adding taco seasoning add onion and allow to cook tender
- Add taco seasoning and simmer according to directions
- In a crockpot add your liner
- Add all ingredients and put on high to cook for 2 hours or low to cook for 4 hours stirring intermittently to get cream cheese melted and incorporated
- Serve in a bowl topped with your favorite toppings
