Pickle dip

I have always loved dill pickles and I love Dips, I saw other recipes for this but forgot it when I was on vacation so I just improvised and made my own version

Here is what you will need

  • 1 cup of dill pickle chips diced
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet of dill dip mix
  • 2 green onions chopped

  • In a medium mixing bowl soften cream cheese
  • Add packet of dill mix and stir to incorporate (I only used half, put half in and if you personally think it is enough then use half if you want more use the whole packet)
  • Add the chopped onion and stir
  • Add dill pickles and stir reserving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
  • Serve with crackers, potato chips or fresh veggies
