French Onion soup casserole

It is starting to feel like fall, time to start thinking about soup. Don’t you just love soup weather? It is my favorite!!!

I love more and more souls as I get older, I mean when I was little I would have never tried tomato soup not to mention French onion. I remember the first time I tried it at a local restaraunt I was hooked, I never ate the onions but loved the cheesy top and the broth.

As I was searching for new recipes today I ran across a dish that reminded me of French onion soup so I made some adjustments and here we are
