When I say famous I mean with my family, it hasn’t made it big in Hollywood or anything like that, but it is often requested and well loved

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados 🥑
  • 1/2 medium onion finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño finely diced
  • Few to many jalapeño seeds this is where your hear will come from, some like it hot others do not if you don’t— do not add any seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced don’t have fresh garlic… that’s okay use garlic powder or dried garlic seasoning any garlic is great tablespoon if using dried garlic seasoning
  • Teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice in bottle if using fresh you may need 3 limes juiced and seeded

Directions

  • Chop onion and jalapeño pepper up finely
  • Wash hands do not touch face after cutting onions or peppers
  • Cut avocados up removing seed and removing the avocado from peel
  • Mash the avocado leaving chunky if you wish… mine is mashed up totally
  • Add onions and jalapeño
  • Stir
  • Add salt and lime juice
  • Stir
  • Store in fridge till ready to eat (same day)
  • Guacamole doesn’t keep well may keep a day or two in air tight container but best if eaten same day as prepared
  • Garnish with cilantro or pico de gallo
  • Enjoy on tacos, fajitas, salads, quesadillas, nachos, on toast, cheeseburgers or as a dip with tostitos
