I love eating tacos left over, and can several days after the original dinner without complaint.
But when you are just craving something different here is a neat idea that ended up being really good!!!
Taco roll ups
Ingredients
- Left over taco meat
- Left over beans
- Left over rice
- Tube of crescent rolls
- Cheese(I used spicy pepper jack and Mexican cheese blend)
- Sour cream
- Queso
- Quacamole
- Salsa
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Green onion
Directions
- Open the Crescent rolls onto wax paper
- Separate rolls into triangles
- Spread sour cream on crescent roll
- Place a spoon full of meat, beans, cheese, rice
- Fold up sides of roll and roll up
- Place on greased cookie sheet
- Bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Take out of oven and top with queso, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion and any other topping
Try this next time you have left over tacos for a completely different flavor
