A staple at every family cookout is macaroni salad.
Even though this year may be different, we aren’t gathering as a large family just me and mom and uncle Jay.
We still wanted macaroni salad and potato salad grilled cheeseburgera and potato chips don’t forget the pink lemonade

Here is the recipe for Moms macaroni dalad
What you will need
Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1/4 red pepper diced
- 1/4 yellow pepper diced
- 1/2 English cucumber diced
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan add a generous amount of salt to a pan of water
- Bring water to boil add 2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
- Cook noodles 8-10 minutes or until done
- Dice veggies while noodles cook
- Drain pasta water
- Put macaroni in a bowl for serving or storing
- Add veggies
- Stir
- Add mayo
- Stir
- Add salt/pepper to taste
- Stir
- Add ranch
- Stir
- Taste
- Serve immediately or store in fridge in air tight container for 3- 4 days (but not if outside any in any kind of heat)
