Crispy snack pizza

Sunday nights we don’t typically eat a full dinner but we sometimes want a snack so here is my crispy snack pizza

Here is what you will need


  • Flour tortilla I used a 10 inch tortilla
  • 2tbspPizza sauce
  • 1 tspPesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozzerella cheese
  • 1/2 cupParmesean cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or garlic flakes
  • For extra heat add 1tsp crushed red pepper
  • Pepperoni
  • Any pizza toppings you like really


  • Place a flour tortilla on a foil lined pan
  • Put 2 tbsp pizza sauce on the tortilla ans swirl it around almost to the edge
  • 1 tablespoon pesto place in the center and begin to drag your spoon out toward the edges
  • Add cheeses
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and if you wish crushed red pepper
  • Arrange your pepperoni and any other toppings you like
  • Place into a preheated to 450⁰ oven
  • Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted bubbly and the edges of tortilla is golden brown
  • Remove from oven and let rest 2 minutes cut into slices and enjoy

This crispy pizza would make a fantastic lunch, after school snack or a qeeknight dinner when adding a garden salad
