Sunday nights we don’t typically eat a full dinner but we sometimes want a snack so here is my crispy snack pizza

Here is what you will need
Ingredients
- Flour tortilla I used a 10 inch tortilla
- 2tbspPizza sauce
- 1 tspPesto sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 cupParmesean cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder or garlic flakes
- For extra heat add 1tsp crushed red pepper
- Pepperoni
- Any pizza toppings you like really
Directions
- Place a flour tortilla on a foil lined pan
- Put 2 tbsp pizza sauce on the tortilla ans swirl it around almost to the edge
- 1 tablespoon pesto place in the center and begin to drag your spoon out toward the edges
- Add cheeses
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and if you wish crushed red pepper
- Arrange your pepperoni and any other toppings you like
- Place into a preheated to 450⁰ oven
- Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted bubbly and the edges of tortilla is golden brown
- Remove from oven and let rest 2 minutes cut into slices and enjoy
This crispy pizza would make a fantastic lunch, after school snack or a qeeknight dinner when adding a garden salad
