Directions for Taquitos

  1. Take the chicken out of fridge if frozen you will want to thaw (made both types so you would need 16 flour tortillas 2 spoons and 2 pans)
  2. Take medium flour tortillas and warm slightly in microwave so they can be worked with without tearing.
  3. Place 2 spoonfuls of chicken mixture on one edge of tortilla top with cheese, roll up tight
  4. Place in 9×13 baking dish
  5. Repeat 8 times
  6. Top taquitos with cheese
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven until tortillas are light brown cheese is bubbly and middle are warm
  8. Serve hot with

*Buffalo chicken- shredded lettuce and ranch dressing

*Bbq chicken-coleslaw

We also served sour cream and chips and salsa

It was a big hit and everyone said make them again… these would be perfect for a potluck or a party.

Happy Thursday

Do I draw my own images?

A question that is often asked is

Do I draw all of my own images? The answer to that is no I sure do not

I am not nor have I ever claimed to be an artist😊 in fact my stick figures have curves so 😂🤣🤪

Anywho I love stickers and I love creating sticker kits which takes some creativity…

You know what else I love? That I can support another small business with my small business❤

Most of my art currently comes from a super talented Etsian artist with pretty graphik, I do have a few others but I mainly use clipart from pretty graphik and I link to her shop in all my listings that include her art!

So by purchasing from our little shop you are basically helping 2 small businesses dreams come true❤

Happy planning

Leave a little sparkle where you go

So many years when I opened my ETSY store, I really didnt have a plan(which could be a good reason why it never made it off the ground, well past a jump🤣)

I opened my shop in March of 2008 oh my goodness 11 years ago this year and over the past 11 years I have been a little bit of everything in my shop.

I started put selling handmade greeting cards, after my family begged me to do so😊 then I began dabbling in hand crafted jewelry, my favorite being these neat glass tiles with Japanese foil papers(oh so pretty) I was making accessories for the everyday woman

One order of glass tiles had scrabble tiles and I thought it was a mistake but I researched it and sure enough it was a thing😮

I made mine different with a screwed in bail leaving the entire letter exposed, I sold several never consistent but yes I sold some

So then came stickers and man oh man that was a game changer… I have always loved stickers, paper, pens, sparkle, crafting so why not?

decided that since I have landed my dream job as a medical coder, auditor, compliance specialist, still a college teacher, I have achieved my masters degree and credentialed as much as I want I am going all in with my ETSY shop!!!

What does that mean?

Everyday working my day job coming home to work in the creative corner gives me a creative release!

I am determined to make my shop a success this year💖

I am continually researching the market and adding new fun things to the shop

My newest addition are these super cute planner charms and clips

Have a creative day
